Return policy

Dear customer, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, the size is not corret or you just don't want it. You will have a maximum period of 15 days to request the return We only accept items that are in perfect condition, without use or handling and in them original packaging.

Please, follow the steps below:

  1. You must contact us within 15 days calendar of the date that you received your order via email customersupport@calzadosenovilla.com or WhatsApp at +34637850733.
  2. What to tell us by WhatsApp or email? We only need to know your order number or invoice. We already have your personal data.
  3. Afterwards you have to return the items in the next 30 days, like this:

      -  Packed in the same protective box that you received them or similar.

            -  With the invoice. Mark in it the items returned. If don't have your invoice, please, ask us for a copy.

            - Is very importan that you send to this name and this address. Only this information:

Money refund

  1. When we received your return, we will check that the product is in perfect condition, without use, without manipulations and in its original packaging.
  2. We will refund the amounts of the returned products, but NOT of the expenses derived from the SHIPPING OR CUSTOMS TAXES.
  3. Although the law stipulates a period of 30 days for pay the money back, we try to return them within a maximum of 48 hours (working days).
  4. If the payment was with a Credit Card, the refund will be made in it. If it was cash on delivery payment we will need a bank account, whose owner is the same person who placed the order.

All returns must be previously communicated via email customersupport@calzadosenovilla.com We will not accept return packages without previously communication.
